The superb Embat, with 3 bedrooms and private pool, is a truly special holiday home finished to the highest standard and recently renovated. Combining classy interiors with a perfect location, the villa is just 2km away from the seaside and conveniently close to the sought after Puerto Pollensa, with its many bars, shops and restaurants.

This villa is set on one floor, elevated by a few steps (or accessible via a ramp) from the private driveway, which offers convenient parking.

As you enter, the door opens into a welcoming hall leading into the open-plan lounge and dining area, both light, airy, and spacious with high-beamed ceilings. The modern dining table and chairs blend effortlessly with the sleek black leather sofas and chairs in the lounge. Both spaces feature large patio doors that open onto the covered terrace and pool area.

The large, fully fitted kitchen is located off the lounge and is designed with a stylish colour scheme and stainless steel appliances, including a wall oven. The kitchen door also leads to the covered terrace and pool. Adjacent to the lounge/dining area is a twin bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, as well as a further twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Stairs lead up to the spacious master double bedroom suite, which boasts a large en-suite shower room with marble floors and modern finishes. Patio doors open to an uncovered balcony with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the bay of Pollensa in the distance.

The inviting swimming pool is located to the side of the villa and is surrounded by lawns on all sides, providing a perfect spot to enjoy long days under the warm Mallorcan sun, take a refreshing dip, or simply relax with a book. The outdoor terraces, offering views of the pool and garden, provide shade during the hottest part of the day and are equipped with tables and chairs for delightful al-fresco dining.

Air conditioning is provided free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
