The villa spans approximately 160 sqm and has been finished to a high standard, combining traditional wood and local stone with modern amenities and thoughtful design details. The result is a spacious, stylish home full of character and comfort.
On the ground floor, the villa offers a spacious open-plan layout, with a kitchen/dining area and a lounge/dining area. The lounge is bathed in natural light, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows, and is furnished with comfortable sofas. It also features satellite TV (free channels only), Wi-Fi Internet, a DVD player, and a dining area for relaxed meals with family or friends.
The modern kitchen, complete with a dining table, is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking up delicious meals. Kitchen features include a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
Also located on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, there is an additional WC on the same floor.
The master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor, accessed via an impressive tiled staircase. This bedroom is a true delight, offering a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to a private terrace that overlooks the stunning countryside and lush green forests.
Outside, the villa boasts extensive terraces furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas—ideal for al-fresco dining and barbecues. The generously sized private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the serene location.
Villa Es Mirador can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. A free travel crib and highchair are available upon request, making it an excellent choice for families with young children.
Air conditioning is available for free from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.
