9 May 2026, 7 Nights, 1-10 people, Self-catered
From £6,389

Located in the highly sought-after area of La Font, at the foot of the stunning UNESCO-listed Tramuntana mountains in Pollença, Villa Esquina is just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful historic town centre and a ten-minute drive from Port de Pollença and the surrounding beaches, making it ideal for large families or two families with children. This stunning family holiday home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, three balconies with amazing views of the surrounding area, and a large heated saltwater pool (fifteen metres long).

Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking hallway with sweeping stairs and designer ambient lighting, leading through to a bright open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a self-contained utility room, and a private snug/playroom.

The kitchen features a large island and breakfast bar and has everything you need, including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, air fryer, L'Or Barista coffee machine, and a range of kitchen gadgets. A solid wood dining table seats ten for breakfast.

The connecting utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large American-style fridge freezer, and a separate sink and drainer.

The snug is the entertainment hub, with a fifty-inch UHD 4K TV (streaming UK channels including BBC and ITV, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+), a Blu-ray player, a selection of films, stacks of board games and puzzles for all ages, a curated library of books, a comfy L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a pool/snooker table that flips into an air hockey table.

The villa sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility.

Downstairs, you’ll find two of the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a spacious master with a super king bed, writing table, and a large en suite bathroom featuring twin wash basins, a walk-in shower, a separate bath, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two offers two single beds, which can be joined to form a double if needed, along with a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms each offer their own character and outdoor space. Bedroom three features two single beds (which can be joined to make a double), a large balcony with outdoor table and lounge chairs, and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom four is the second master bedroom, with a super king bed, a generous balcony overlooking the rear garden and swimming pool, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom five also features a super king bed and its own “gin and tonic” balcony with mountain views, complete with comfortable seating for sunset moments, as well as an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower and heated towel rail.

All bedrooms have blackout blinds and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes, cabinets and drawers. Two of the master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) also include a discreet safe.

The house has high-speed fibre optic six hundred Mbps internet, with Wi-Fi that reaches all areas of the villa, both inside and out, so you’ll enjoy seamless connectivity wherever you are. Air conditioning and central heating keep you comfortable, and while the area of La Font enjoys very low crime, the house is secured by a monitored alarm system.

The back garden features a fifteen-metre heated saltwater swimming pool, large enough for both kids and adults to enjoy without feeling overcrowded, complete with an electric pool cover. There’s plenty of space and sunbeds for relaxing around the pool, as well as a Bali bed and hammock surrounded by exotic tropical plants - a wonderful spot to unwind in the afternoons and watch the sun set over the mountains. Table tennis and an AstroTurf area for football and badminton offer even more outdoor entertainment.
