This impressive 4 bedroom Spanish villa is positioned between the Tramuntana Mountain range and the seafront. With a large private swimming pool and a pleasant garden area, there's plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
Villa Virrei is a short drive from both Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. Plus, a number of alternative resorts, facilities and beaches are all within easy reach. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.
Entrance
A private gated driveway leads up to the villa, with the swimming pool on the left.
Living space
The traditionally styled living space runs the entire length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides which open directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining area is positioned by the entrance to the kitchen which has a smaller breakfast table and a door onto the BBQ and alfresco eating area. On the far side of the lounge is a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Majorcan decor. A WC by the staircase completes the ground floor.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All 4 bedrooms are situated on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms which share the facilities of 2 separate bathrooms. Each bedroom has traditional Spanish furniture and built-in wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a shower room on the ground floor
Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space
The large private swimming pool is certainly one of the main highlights of Villa Virrei. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space to sunbathe. Or, if you prefer the comfort of the shade, there is also a seating area on the covered wrap-around terrace. The brick BBQ and exterior dining area are to the side of the house.
