Port de Soller Beach, Port de Soller

The Port of Soller offers the only sandy beaches on the west coast of Majorca. This lovely little resort offers two beaches along it's horseshoe bay, all with golden sands and clear blue seas.

With wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding Tramuntana mountains, these beaches provide views on to some of Mallorca's finest scenery.

Repic beach is the largest and deepest and is found to the south of the bay. It runs for about 250 metres and is 20 metres deep. A new extension to Es Traves beach by the harbour beach was created in the spring of 2012 and this beach is now around 300 metre long. Again, this is a fairly shallow beach which may make finding a space a bit tricky in the peak summer weeks.

Water Safety & Clarity

The sea is very sheltered so you can expect calm, shallow waters at the shore. You can hire sunbeds and parasols and there is good access for the disabled. Lifeguards are on duty.

Beach Quality

The sand is a little bit coarse, sometimes a bit gravelly.

Watersports

The bay is popular for with private yachts who can anchor safely and whose passengers can enjoy the charming town of Port de Soller. The marina is also a place where you can take boat trips should you find yourself with a boat..!

A promenade runs along the seafront where you'll find plenty of cafes and restaurants. The vintage Soller tram also runs along front every hour to add some old fashioned charm to the area. Our webcam of the Port de Soller sometimes catches the tram as it tootles by! You will also be able to see some of the beach with this view.
