Eu Forat is located right in the centre of Pollença old town, right in the heart of all the action.

This townhouse is perfect for a small family or group of friends wishing to explore an authentic Mallorcan town. It takes just two minutes to walk to the main square.

Situated right in the heart of town and specifically right in the heart of where the 'moros' begin battle.

Recently refurbished, the property marries traditional stone walls with more modern and contemporary finishes perfectly.

For your comfort, there is air conditioning in the main living area and in the double bedroom. Please note the two single bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the other machines are powerful enough to keep the place cool.

On the ground floor is the entrance along with a garage which is suitable for storing bikes, a toilet and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor along with a single bedroom and shower room. the other bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a small outside area.

The house can sleep up to 4 people in 2 single bedrooms and 1 double.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. The company can help you organise this but they do get booked up quickly!

Worth knowing

As the property is centrally located, it is difficult to get a car right to the property door. If you are hiring a car, we recommend parking about a 10-minute walk away. Once you’ve settled in, it’s not necessary to rely on a car to get around.

During La Patrona on the 2nd August. This is a very busy day outside the property with the streets lined with Pollensins dressed up as pirates.
