Accessed via a pedestrian gate from the street, this charming villa welcomes you with a covered porch leading to the front door.
On the ground floor, the lounge is located just up from the entrance hall and offers comfortable sofas, a small dining table with chairs, and plenty of natural light from patio doors that open onto the covered terraces and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your convenience, with all the necessary appliances for a home-cooked experience.
The villa has three bedrooms on the first floor: a double bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the front of the villa, and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms share access to two separate bathrooms, each with double wash basins. Additionally, there is a separate shower room on the ground floor for added convenience.
Outside, the villa boasts lovely gardens and spacious terraces, ideal for al-fresco dining, relaxing, and sunbathing. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing swim under the Mallorcan sun. For families with young children, the pool can be gated upon request at the time of booking, ensuring extra safety.
