Plana Den Rull is a spacious and welcoming villa with private pool, 4 bedrooms and extensive gardens, beautifully located close to the old town Pollensa and just a short drive away from the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Casa San Vicente. Providing welcoming, air-conditioned interiors, excellent privacy, well kept gardens and beautiful views over the Tramuntana mountains, this stone-built villa is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends wanting to live the true Mallorcan atmosphere.
Inside, the villa is spread across two floors, offering 200sqm of spacious, airy, and welcoming living space. The dรฉcor blends traditional Mallorcan style with modern comforts. The main living area is on the ground floor, which includes a comfortable lounge with plush sofas and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday, a large dining area, and a family bathroom. The four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, along with two additional bathrooms. The bedrooms include two doubles and two twins, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort.
Outside, Plana den Rull offers spectacular shaded terraces, expansive gardens with lawns and mature trees (spanning 40,000sqm), and various furnished areas designed for ultimate relaxation. The private swimming pool, measuring 8m x 4m (depth 1.25m to 2.15m), is equipped with sunbeds and parasols, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunny weather. Whether dining al fresco on the patio or sipping a glass of wine in the garden, guests will find endless opportunities to unwind. A barbecue is also available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
