This is a perfect setting for those seeking peace and tranquility as the villa is located in a very quiet area of the Son March valley but just a mere 5 Km to old Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa beaches beyond.
Inside the accommodation is all on one level and is comfortably furnished offering three bedrooms, all with air conditioning on a timer, and two bathrooms. The house has been furnished in a traditional style with wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout.
Outside the stone clad villa offers a pool terrace with plenty of shade and a BBQ area with a sink and a further shower room.
