This is a beautiful and quiet complex comprising a total of 32 apartments, which are divided between 4 two-storey blocks. The accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends. Although the complex does not offer lift access, it welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception service and currency exchange facilities, and offers a cafe, a bar and Internet access for a fee. Safety deposit boxes are available for a fee and children can play at the playground. This apartment hotel is located down a quiet and well-known avenue. It lies just 700 metres from the main shopping street, which also contains a number of bars and restaurants (although bars and restaurants can also be found down the street where the apartments are located). The accommodation is 800 metres from the famous and wide sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia and a popular water park can be found within 300 metres of the establishment. The local supermarket lies down the same street and the local bus stop is just 20 metres from the complex. The centre of Alcudia is 3 km away, Palma de Mallorca is 60 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is some 56 km from the establishment.
