La Fortaleza is an exquisite and contemporary property of exceptional standards located in the highly coveted residential area of La Font. Despite its serene ambience, the property is conveniently situated just 2km from Pollenรงa Old Town. The spacious and elegantly whitewashed interiors are awash with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The upper floor of La Fortaleza boasts four luxurious en-suite bedrooms, with no one left out in a home of this calibre. Three of these rooms (two doubles and one twin) have access to a balcony, and all bedrooms feature sophisticated air-conditioning for both cooling and heating to ensure comfort year-round.
There are two expansive living areas. Upstairs, a second living area with a fireplace leads onto a spacious balcony that overlooks the large private swimming pool (the pool can be heated outside of the summer months for an additional fee). On the lower floor, the main living area offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, which is ideal for family gatherings. Natural light floods the space through large glass doors, creating an airy, welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a large fridge, a separate freezer, and a dedicated wine cooler. While you prepare a delicious lunch, your children can enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV in the lounge or sit at the breakfast bar or dining table, all while enjoying the view of the pool area. The lower floor also features a staff bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a pantry, and a guest toilet for added convenience.
