Villa Lluna Nova is an impressive property, offering spacious, fully air-conditioned interiors and expansive gardens. The well-maintained grounds are filled with lush lawns, shrubs, trees, and furnished areas, ensuring guests enjoy comfort and privacy throughout their stay.
Inside, the villa is remarkably spacious, making it the perfect choice for larger families or groups. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The large lounge on the ground floor features comfortable sofas, a 49โ flat-screen TV with the Sky Sports package, a dining area, and large patio doors that lead directly to the outdoor space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed for preparing meals at home.
On the lower floor, youโll find a welcoming en-suite double bedroom. Upstairs, there are three more en-suite bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. A private gym is also located on this floor. The upper terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the private pool. For added comfort, the villa is air-conditioned, with cooling available at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
The villa is situated in one of the most peaceful and private locations in Northern Mallorca. The extensive, well-maintained gardens surround the property and the large, salty water swimming pool, offering complete seclusion. The pool measures an impressive 7.9m x 4.5m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m, and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds for maximum relaxation. Several furnished terraces offer ample space for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the beautiful Mallorcan atmosphere. A brick-built barbecue is provided for al-fresco dining, and private parking is available on-site.
