Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 spacious bedrooms, this apartment offers brand new interiors (with all the comforts) together with the unique bonus of a truly waterfront location: you will feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony! With all the necessary amenities within a short walking distance, a car is not essential.
Set over the first and second floors of a sea-front house, this apartment boasts its own independent entrance and was fully renovated in 2019, featuring the latest fixtures and techniques. From every room, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Cabrera Island in the distance.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- a spacious lounge, beautifully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area.
- a superb terrace, shaded by an awning, offering the perfect spot to relax and admire the sea.
- a convenient WC for guests’ use.
Stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find:
- two en-suite bedrooms: one double and one twin.
