Uniquely set in an elevated position overlooking the Bay of Pollensa, La Salve D'Alt is a truly spectacular villa, offering breathtaking views to the sea. With a beautiful private swimming pool, perfectly kept gardens and modern interiors finished with class and style, this villa will not disappoint even the most demanding guests. The property offers excellent privacy in a really sought after, exclusive area.

From the parking area, steps lead up to a beautiful partially covered terrace. Double entrance doors open into an attractive split-level hall. To the right, a fantastic lounge awaits, featuring traditional stone walls and atmospheric lighting, particularly striking at night. The panoramic patio doors offer breathtaking views of the bay. The lounge is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and an antique coffee table, once used for threshing corn on a farm.

To the left, a charming dining room leads into a well-appointed, fully fitted kitchen. Seven steps up lead to a landing area, from which the bedrooms can be accessed. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, which share a full shower room. This is beautifully decorated in marble and stone, complete with a shower enclosure and twin basins. The main bedroom boasts a generously sized 1.8m wide double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room.

Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a stunning terrace, with steps descending to the pool area. The infinity-style saltwater pool is surrounded by paved terracing, sun chairs, and parasols, offering a serene space to relax. The surrounding gardens are lush, featuring lawn areas, shrubs, and flowers for guests to enjoy.

A covered terrace off the kitchen is equipped with a built-in BBQ, sink, and utility area with a washing machine. This terrace overlooks the countryside and offers a rectangular teak dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. Another terrace presents magnificent views towards the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.
