This pretty villa is situated in a great position on the Cala Esmeralda that enjoys beautiful sea views. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful sandy cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the South eastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away. The heart of this little town is the pedestrian area with its boutiques, open air bars, restaurants and cafes. His famous marina is dotted with luxury vessels and large yachts.
Villa Mar Gran is beautifully designed in the traditional "Old Ibizan" style and has recently undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short pathway leads from the gated entrance through a well-kept lawned garden to the front door. Upon entry, you are welcomed into a spacious, airy, and comfortably furnished lounge/dining area with an original fireplace. Patio doors open out onto the pool area, while at the rear, further doors lead to a more private, secluded patio.
The fully renovated kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a washing machine in the garage for added convenience.
Leading off from the living area is a charming twin-bedded room, featuring patio doors that open onto the pool terrace. This room benefits from an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living room. The second bedroom is a smaller twin room, with a shower room adjacent. The third bedroom is a compact twin, complete with an en-suite shower room.
From the dining area, stairs lead to the upper floor, which boasts fabulous open sea views. On this level, there is a comfortable living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that open to a terrace with stunning sea views. The upper floor also includes a bright double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The bedroom enjoys access to the terrace with wonderful sea views, while the shower room leads to a small private terrace. The upper floor can also be accessed via an external staircase.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (on a fixed and limited schedule).
