Villa Ca na Lloreta is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and amenities of Playa de Muro. The house has a private swimming pool and a large, sunny, south-facing garden. Plus, from the seating area at the top of the unique tower, you'll have marvellous panoramic views over the local area to the countryside and hills.

Villa Ca na Lloreta is a charming three-bedroom retreat brimming with authentic Mallorcan character. With WiFi and air conditioning/heating throughout the bedrooms, it offers both comfort and convenience.

A short private lane leads you to the villa’s parking area and entrance. Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area features traditional tiled floors, exposed beams and an ornamental fireplace. There is ample seating, including a built-in bench by the window, and patio doors that open onto the pool terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle, alongside a small breakfast table and access to the rear via an adjoining utility room.

The sleeping arrangements comprise a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. All are tastefully furnished with ample storage. A staircase from one of the twin bedrooms leads to the villa’s standout feature—a tower-top seating area with spectacular 360° views of the resort.

Outside, the private swimming pool is framed by a sunbathing terrace and a large lawned garden. The south-facing grounds enjoy sunshine throughout the day, with mature trees offering shaded spots to unwind. A covered patio, perfect for alfresco dining, is complemented by a built-in brick BBQ.

The villa accommodates up to six guests and includes a complimentary travel cot and highchair upon request. Air conditioning is provided free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
