Villa Gotmar is in a great central location, the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all only 15 minutes' walk away. This popular and lively resort has a huge choice of contemporary bistros, cafes and gift shops all overlooking its huge sandy beach and marina. Within ten minutes of the house, you can be browsing the craft shops in Pollensa’s pretty cobbled streets, sipping coffee at a table in the main square or climbing the 365 steps to the Calvari church for its magnificent views.
Villa Gotmar is a charming 3-bedroom property offering a private swimming pool, brick-built BBQ, and stunning views of the distant Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is fully equipped with WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
There is a private off-road parking area, with three steps leading up to the entrance at the front of the house.
The spacious living area features comfortable sofas, a TV, an ornamental brick fireplace, and a dining table with chairs. Patio doors open onto a raised, covered terrace that overlooks the pool, offering a relaxing space for outdoor enjoyment.
The well-equipped, traditionally styled kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. It also has a second dining area and provides access to both a pantry and utility room. A door leads from the kitchen to the BBQ terrace, ideal for alfresco dining.
The villa offers a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the covered terrace, along with two twin bedrooms. There is a separate family bathroom and a shower room. All three bedrooms are fresh, airy, and offer plenty of storage space.
Outside, the villa boasts a small lawn area and terracing with ample room for sunbathing. The raised part of the terrace is partially covered, providing shade for the alfresco dining area and games tables. Around the far side of the villa, youโll find the brick BBQ and a second table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The grounds are fully enclosed and surrounded by hedging, offering a good degree of privacy.
Villa Gotmar comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. (A travel crib and highchair are available free of charge on request.)
Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
