Villa Molinas is a spacious, welcoming property, combining traditional features with modern style, highly appreciated due to its extensive outdoor areas and particularly welcoming interiors. Ideally located between Pollensa (which is just 5 minutes drive away), Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, Villa Molinas can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area has doors that open onto a terrace. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a walk-in larder and a door leading to the poolside terrace. An archway leads from the lounge to the three spacious bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms), all of which are air-conditioned. One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, while the other bedrooms share a family shower room. Special attention has been given to the renovation of the interiors, which are now both stylish and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
A spacious patio runs along one side of the house, offering views over the gardens and the surrounding countryside. There is plenty of sunbathing space on the large terrace that surrounds the swimming pool. The utility room, which includes a washing machine, is located outside and also houses an additional shower room. A large covered barbecue area is conveniently situated off the terrace. The private pool enjoys sun throughout the day and is set within extensive gardens, providing ample sunbeds and shaded areas for guests to enjoy.
