This adults only hotel is open all year round and is located in the centre of Palma with direct access to public transport and close to a large public parking area.

It has 68 rooms and is furnished throughout in a modern style by well known architect Bruno Borrione, a member of the Philippe Starck team. Some of the original features of the building have been restored to keep its character from the original Cinema Avenida structure.

The Urban restaurant is open to guests and people off the street, and promises an innovative style of food with a range of different influences on an a la carte or 2 set menus. It also houses a cocktail bar and coffee bar, decorated in a simple and stlyish theme.

If you're staying here on business there are 3 modular conference rooms at your disposal of 200m2 which have been perfectly designed to meet the needs of any event meeting, banquet, conference or presentation. The modern and comfortably furnished rooms can be divided by mobile panels and are also equipped with internet access, air conditioning, a projector and large screen, and direct access to an exterior terrace which is ideal for coffee breaks.
