The ground floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, island workspace, and modern appliances. The adjacent dining area leads to a comfortable lounge with a beamed ceiling, plush sofas, and an ornamental fireplace. Patio doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
This level also offers three double bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden and its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a private living area and bathroom, with stunning views from every window.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment, including a shaded dining patio, a built-in gas barbecue, and a comfortable seating area by the pool. The private pool and landscaped gardens offer a serene spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
