This stylish contemporary stone villa overlooks the traditional town of Pollensa to the mountains beyond.

Situated next to one of Mallorca’s most renowned landmarks, the Calvari steps, this villa is just a short stroll from the centre of Pollensa.

The bright and luxurious interior is bathed in natural light, thanks to multiple floor-to-ceiling windows. The main living space is open-plan and located on the first floor, with access to a large terrace that runs the full length of the building. From this sunny terrace, you can enjoy spectacular views over Pollensa, extending towards the sea and the mountains. The terrace also includes a dining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals. Inside, the villa boasts a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything needed for self-catering, a dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a sitting area with a large L-shaped leather sofa, ideal for stretching out and relaxing in the evenings.

The ground floor leads directly to the pool area, which is set on a stone terrace, with ample space for sunbeds surrounding the water.

To keep you entertained during your stay, the villa offers a large flat-screen TV in the living room and WiFi access throughout.

Sleeping

The villa sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms which are configured as follows:

Bedroom 2: Double room with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 3: Twin room
Bedroom 4: Twin room
Bedroom 5: Double room

Rooms 3, 4 and 5 share access to a shower room and a bathroom with separate shower.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis. However, welcome packs are provided as part of the package so you'll have all the basics waiting for you on your arrival.

The pool

The lovely outdoor pool is situated on a flagstone terrace and has semi-circular steps leading into the water at one end. There is a comfortable sun lounger for every guest and a white parasol for those who want to keep cool in the shade. AT the far end of the pool is an outdoor shower so you can easily rinse yourself of after a refreshing swim.
