Nestled within a popular residential area of Can Picafort, this charming villa offers spacious and beautifully furnished terraces, which wrap around nearly the entire property. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach, or preparing a delicious meal on the barbecue at sunset, there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind. You can bask in the sunshine on the loungers by the pool, read a book under the shade of an umbrella, or simply relax in the armchairs at the entrance, enjoying the peace and quiet of this tranquil neighbourhood.

Inside, the villa boasts a bright and airy living-dining room with international TV and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The independent gas kitchen has direct access to the outside, allowing you to prepare meals and dine al-fresco with ease. The laundry room comes fully equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: one double, one single, and one with two single beds. This floor also features a beautiful and spacious living room, surrounded by large windows that let in abundant natural light. This room can serve as a study or a cosy space for reading. Some rooms on this floor even offer sea views.

A third bathroom with a shower is located on the -1 floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans to ensure maximum comfort.

For families, a crib and high chair are available.

Can Picafort is a coastal town, bustling with activity in the summer months and offering all the amenities you need. The beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, features fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for relaxing or trying out various water sports. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Albufera Natural Park, or a pleasant walk or bike ride through the Finca de Son Real nature park. A short stroll from the villa will bring you to delightful restaurants along the beach, where you can enjoy traditional paella, particularly at Ses Casetes des Capellans beach. If you’re looking for a livelier atmosphere, head to Puerto de Alcúdia, or for golf enthusiasts, the Alcanada Golf Club is just a short drive away.
